Specialized Engineering Services
We provide the design, Project Management and technical expertise for advanced technology building construction focused on Class 10 to 100,000 cleanrooms including project oversight and the design of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Energy Management Control System (EMCS), Toxic Gas Monitoring (TGM), Fire Alarm (FA), and interfaces with Building Automation Systems (BAS) used to operate process tools and mechanical systems.
Our Project Team provides engineering support to a Customer in construction, certification, balancing and validation, and mechanical and electrical tool fit up and hook-up services for manufacturing, health and lab facilities. The Design Team provides master planning, estimating, scheduling, engineering investigation and reports, plans and specifications for tender and design/build construction documents.
Our professionals provide review and evaluation of the existing building facility systems and recommend solutions for upgrades of mechanical and electrical system to meet requirements of tools and participate in commissioning of process equipment. The commissioning process is to ensure that the facility's mechanical, electrical and designated systems' performance meets the design intent and the owner's functional criteria and operational needs.
For the manufacturing process to work successfully it is equally important to have good communications between all participants (designers, owners, operators and the commissioning agent) and to keep all parties involved and informed of all pertinent decisions. Our Commissioning Guidelines defines in details the project commissioning process including those requirements to be specified in the construction documents.
