The services offered by Airwater Engineering provide a full range of planning, feasibility studies, investigation and reports, conceptual design and engineering studies, estimates, schedules, design for renovations, retrofits and tenant fit-up of governmental, commercial, institutional and private corporation customers.
Through these services, a project can be implemented from conceptual to a final design both economically and per schedule agreed upon with a customer during contractual negotiations. We offer a variety of engineering services from short term support to turnkey projects. The engineering support during construction includes engineer active participation in construction process and performing tasks such as: review of quotations, justification of design changes, construction site inspections, issuing of contemplated change notices, issuing field sketches and instructions, review of billings submitted by contractors, issuing substantial and final performance certificates, providing as-built drawings, and reviewing the operations and maintenance manuals.
